Sasami

Despite her Jurian age Sasami is still considered a child on her home planet of Jurai. Sasami is the second crown princess of the Royal House of Jurai. Like her sister Ayeka she also carries a Key to Ryuoh, though Sasami's Key is shaped like a pistol grip.

Sasami arrived on Earth with her sister Ayeka on Ryuoh, and ended up being stranded here when Ryuoh was destroyed. Ryuoh was destroyed when Ryoko was forced to attack Ayeka.

The symbol on Sasami's forehead belongs to the Royal House of Jurai as a emblem of royalty. The emblem is called the "Emblem of Absolute Power". However the emblem on Sasami's forehead is no makeup. Sasami received her emblem when she was three years old through an accident.

When Sasami was three her parents took her to the Museum at the Royal Palace. At that very same time Ryoko decided to attack Jurai. In the midst of the fighting Sasami was separated from her mother and ended up in The Grove of the Space Trees, which basically was a tall wide building containing the Space Trees. A nearby Jurian ship became disabled and crashed into the side of the building. Sasami was walking along a suspended bridge without rails, got knocked off the bridge by the impact and fell to her death.

However, Sasami didn't really die then. Her spirit somehow assimilated with the most powerful of the Space Trees, Tsunami. I don't know all the details about how Sasami assimilated with Tsunami, but Sasami seems to have the ability to summon Tsunami when trouble arises on Earth.

Hmm... isn't it strange that young Sasami looks like ?
