ACTIVITIES Since 1987, I have worked as an
organization development consultant and facilitator for
corporations and small businesses, and approximately one
hundred human service organizations (including many
Waldorf schools). I am very successful helping people
manage conflict, clarify roles and responsibilities, and
develop constructive collegial relationships and working
groups.
I facilitate and give advise on
systemic organizational change in restructuring, culture
change, assessment and evaluation procedures, committee
mandates and restructuring, strategic planning, board
development, and vision and mission building.
As facilitator, I help large
groups and diverse constituencies gain common
understanding on complex issues, build a an ideal
scenario for the future, and reach full consensus on
action plans.

"Lemniskos" is from
the Greek meaning, 'ribbon.' The ribbon symbolizes hope,
remembrance, and raising awareness. The geometric figure
of the lemniscate also symbolizes the continuous life
cycle -- contraction and expansion -- of any biological
and social organism, including that of human beings and
organizations. This figure eight depicts how the
individual (micro or part) is a reflection of the
organization (macro or whole), and visa versa. The
crossing point in the middle represents the fact that
many organizations and individuals are now faced with the
choice of making meaningful change or reverting back to
familiar but unhelpful patterns, structures, and
paradigms.
