ARTICLE EXPRESS

A method of receiving magazine articles not available in the Library - good for research projects. Full-text articles can be obtained via FAX for selections from more than 800 periodicals, popular and scholarly, published since 1988. Full citation requests before 2:30 PM will be filled the same day. (A service provided by the New Hampshire State Library)

CD ROM, INTERNET ACCESS

A multi-media reference computer is available free for patron access to reference CD ROMs and the World Wide Web. (Computer donated by the Friends of the Library)

PUBLIC-ACCESS COMPUTERS

A Macintosh computer and IBM PC clone are available free of charge for patron use. Microsoft Works on the PC and ClarisWorks on the Mac provide integrated word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics functions.

ON-GOING USED BOOK SALE

A continuous, self-service, used-book sale is on-going in the Library Meeting Room. Hardcovers at $2 each, softcovers at $1 each. Stop in and check the selection. Proceeds benefit the Library through the Friends of the Library.

MUSEUM PASSES

General admission museum passes are available FREE to cardholders for the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and the Boston Children's Museum. Reservations for the passes must be made in person at the Library. Passes may be picked up the day before the reservation date, if available, but not earlier. The passes must be returned by opening time of the following day and may be returned in the book drop. These passes are made available by the Friends of the Library.

NASHUA SYMPHONY TICKETS

A series of tickets, provided by the Hollis subscribers to the Symphony, are available to Library cardholders for each regular concert (not the Pops or Holiday concerts). Designed to introduce Hollis citizens to the Nashua Symphony, repeat use by a patron during a season is not allowed.

PROGRAM ROOM

A meeting room, seating 25, is available to Hollis organizations. See the Library Director for reservation.

TAX FORMS

Federal and Mass Income Tax Forms, and NH Dividends & Interest Tax Forms are available during tax season, January-April, in the Library. When supplies are exhausted, or for less common forms, reproducible forms are available for copy at $0.10 per image.

COPY MACHINE

A self-service copy machine is provided. There is a fee of $.10 per copy per side.

FAX

A FAX machine is available for the public to use.

The costs to send a FAX are:
- FAXes within the Hollis local calling area are free.
- $3 for the first 2 pages and cover, if used. Additional pages are $1. These charges cover all domestic calls.
- International FAXes are $7 for the initial page and $2 per page thereafter.
The costs to receive a FAX are:
- $2 for the first four pages, including cover.
- $.50 for each page thereafter.
- Library staff will notify recipients
