The Circuit that I used. I am not an electrical engineer, this was put together from bits that I picked up here and there. It seems to work. If I get any improvement ideas from EE's I will modify the schematic. Check the date on the image to see if it differs from what you may have already used.

Note: I used two .22mF capacitors in parallel to acheive the necessary .44mF for C
